Shipping & Returns
All our pieces are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns.

However, if your jewellery or clothing arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nadiaridiandries.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item, and we will assess the issue and advise on possible solutions.

Exchanges
We may offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. If an exchange is made, the receiver will have to pay for shipping both ways.

Exclusions

• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please choose carefully. Custom pieces also cannot be returned or refunded

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email photos to hello@nadiaridiandries.com.au and return it in the original packaging or a secure box. We cannot offer replacements for items damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging. Deliberately damaged items will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
