All domestic and international orders are shipped with a tracking number. Each item is made to order, so please review the product description carefully before purchasing, as details may vary by item. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds for items lost in transit or marked as delivered but not retrieved. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot provide refunds for orders delivered to the address provided.

Buyers are responsible for any VAT, taxes, or customs duties incurred. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping to Australia:

• Standard shipping within Australia can take 2-8 business days for the order to arrive. Incl. a tracking number only.

• Express shipping can take 2-4 business days for the order to arrive. Incl. a tracking number and signature on delivery.

International Shipping:

• We provide standard and express shipping to countries worldwide. You can check this at the checkout page. Standard and express shipping include a tracking number while, express shipping includes signature on delivery.

• Standard shipping can vary between 7-30 days, while express shipping can vary between 7-15 days. 
  

• We are an Australian based brand and we are not liable for any taxes or customs charges for your packages once it enters your country. Please look over your country’s shipping website for more information.
